MEET BRITTA BEBLAVI
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutritional Sciences from Seattle Pacific University and completed my dietetic internship through the University of Washington. With nearly 15 years of professional experience, I have worked in clinical and community based nutrition settings, with collegiate athletes, residential eating disorder patients, teens, adults, and families.
Along the way, I discovered a passion for nutrition counseling. Inspired by the opportunity to come alongside individuals through their personal struggles with food and health, I enjoy the chance to work within a client’s comfort levels to provide nutrition guidance and information. Every step taken, no matter how big or small, can have a lasting and meaningful impact on a person’s health.
An avid lover of all things food related, you can find me in the kitchen trying new recipes, cooking with my kids, or enjoying a great meal with friends and family. Always striving for balance, I also enjoy music, yoga, naps, and being outdoors in the Colorado sunshine.
RATES & SERVICES
Individual nutrition counseling sessions provide personal support as well as nutrition goals and treatment plans tailored to your individual needs and objectives.
During your initial consultation, we will talk about your concerns and what you hope to accomplish through nutrition counseling. We will discuss your medical history, eating patterns, beliefs about food and nutrition, and other background information that will be helpful to us in working together to create an overall plan and individual progress goals.
Follow up appointments are used to provide nutrition education and strategies, review goals and progress, and plan through upcoming events or challenges. Frequency and duration will be discussed collaboratively to decide how to best meet your needs.
